Cancellation Policy

We appreciate that things don’t always go according to plan, so if you need to cancel or reschedule your booking, please contact us as soon as possible.

Contact us at least 48 hours prior to the commencement of the booking to receive a full refund, or reschedule the booking to an alternative date, within 6 months of the original booking.

If you cancel within 48 hours of the scheduled booking, we are happy to reschedule to an alternative date within 6 months of the original booking, but are unable to offer a refund.

In exceptional circumstances, we may find it necessary to cancel a booking. If this occurs, we will offer a full refund, or try to arrange an alternative date with you.
